Shared Charter Flights between the UK & KSA

Have you considered a private shared charter? 

You have all the benefits of flying with your pet in cabin but at a fraction of the cost.

Private shared charters do not run on a schedule, they are only viable if there are enough passengers and pets to pay for the trip, but if you can be flexible on your travel dates then this could work for you.

We work with Pet Air Valet, an experienced pet charter company, who arrange the aircraft and organise the passenger bookings. Expat Logistics arrange the export and import documents only.

Based on a full private flight, cost would start from just £12,500 for 1 passenger and up to 2 pets (maximum combined weight of 50kg), including import and export documents.

Smaller groups and individual bookings also available (price on request)

What to expect:

· Pressurized, climate-controlled luxury cabin environment

· A comfortable set-up with dedicated stowage for pet essentials

· Calm, unrushed departures and arrivals at private terminals

· Experienced aviation operators and crew familiar with dogs and cats

Please note, we have given an indication of cost per passenger with 1 dog up to 50kg or 2 pets up to 25kg PER pet. Additional passengers can fly at the same cost without pets (pet services wouldn’t be charged on sole passenger bookings)

Whilst there is an indication of cost per passenger, our partner, Pet Air Valet, will be advertising flight costs and taking all payments for travel directly under their terms and conditions. Import & export services will be invoiced separately by Expat Logistics. 

Our indicative charge includes:

UK to Riyadh 

Flight for 1 passenger with 1 large pet or 2 smaller pets

DEFRA paperwork

Vet Inspection within 72 hours of travel

import documents for entry to Saudi Arabia

Riyadh to UK

Flight for 1 passenger with 1 large pet or 2 smaller pets

Pre-travel vet inspection and treatments, in Riyadh 

MEWA export paperwork 

UK non-commercial paperwork

Our costs do not include:

UK to Riyadh

Transport pre-travel to the London Heathrow vet for inspection (costs on request)

Transport to the airport for travel

Transport from Riyadh airport to destination (costs on request)

Riyadh to UK

Transport to Riyadh airport for travel (costs on request)

APHA (DEFRA) inspection fees on arrival into the UK (if applicable)

Transport from airport to final destination (costs on request)

Flight costs would be payable directly to our partner and Expat Logistics will provide both import and export document services

UK (Airport will be confirmed but most likely Biggin Hill, Farnborough, Luton or Stansted) 

Size of aircraft / minimum booking numbers are subject to availability and demand at time of travel. 

Flight costs will be listed on our partners website; cost above is for indication of total cost for services including up to 2 pets (import / export documents and services included)

Dogs and Cats are permitted to travel – Cat’s must be in a secure carrier for travel at all times.
