Expat Logistics Ltd was established in 2009 to support English speaking expats moving to and from the Kingdom. Our local partners opened in Riyadh in 2012, providing 'on the ground' services for commercial, household and pet shipping. 

Expat Logistics for Commercial Services now has 2 offices in Riyadh, employing 24 staff. We believe the quality of the service we provide is second to none, and are proud that the majority of our business growth is due to personal recommendations from our Customers. 

Whether you are an individual moving to or from the Kingdom, or a business trading in the region, with our experienced teams in the UK and KSA, and a network of trusted international partners, we are here to take the strain of dealing with local bureaucracy and make your life easier.

With a passion for pets and our extensive experience in logistics, we offer a premium service for Customers wishing to transport their beloved pets across borders. We are the largest provider of pet shipping services to/from Riyadh Airport, but we also understand that each request is unique, so we provide a personalised quotation with a service to match. 

As a member of the IPATA (International Pet & Animal Transportation Association), we adhere to the highest global standards and our team will guide you through the processes and provide support regarding the local import and export requirements for your pets' trip. When the time comes for your pet to travel you will be kept updated on their progress, either from our dedicated team or via one of our trusted worldwide agents.

We know that moving house can be stressful…..so when you are moving to a new country, with a new job and possibly new schools we are here to help. Each quotation will be bespoke to your requirements, so you can choose the services and costs to suit you. For Customers moving to Riyadh we can assist in finding housing and advise on transport and other useful information.

Bayt Al Aleefa was established in 2018 as one of the first online pet stores in KSA, selling pet food, treats, bedding, litter, toys and accessories from global brands, including the largest selection of airline approved pet carriers in the Kingdom. We have our own vehicles and friendly drivers for delivery within Riyadh and deliver across KSA by courier.

The Bayt Al Aleefa brand is expanding, with a new 'high street' store in Ghirnata District, Riyadh which opened in December 2022. 

We are strong advocates of pet welfare and do not believe a busy store is a safe place for pets, so we do not buy or sell live animals. We actively support the work of local pet rescue groups and strongly recommend that Customers wishing to add a pet to their family contact their local group (many are on social media) and adopt one of the many animals waiting for homes.

Our portfolio of services has recently expanded to include Security & Risk Mitigation Consultancy within Saudi Arabia, licensed by the Ministry if Interior. We can also provide Commercial Consulting and Importer of Note services.
