‘Expat logistics helped us navigate the long journey of brining Maggie from Australia to Saudi. They kept us updated throughout the process with photos and comments which gave us peace of mind for the long journey.

Thank you all, Reg didn’t meow once on the 3 hour drive back to Lincoln which is very unlike him.  But as soon as we let him out the box he wanted to explore his new house. That wasn’t our plan as we were going to keep him in one room until he settled in. He has really chirped up now and seems to be accepting his new surroundings very well

Recommended. My cat was very well looked after and the whole process was so smooth. I was also kept up to date at every moment whilst my cat was travelling from Saudi to UK.

You guys did an amazing job even with the pushback of my stateside agent who didn't fully understand the process here in KSA.  Everything was taken care of on this end so I didn't have to lift a finger..  and my dogs arrived in amazing spirits.  The were even given a cleaning before they arrived after their 35 hour journey!  Thank you guys so much for everything you did for me and my babies

Alfie is safely back in the UK but the snow was a bit of a shock!

Working with the Expat Logistics team to bring our beloved Rocky was an amazing experience. The team was so professional, patient, and handled the move from the UAE to Riyadh seamlessly.

Just a short note to say a huge thank you all very much, for relocating Skye back to UK after her spending 10 years in Riyadh. From the initial chat with David, the visits from Hameed and the administration support, reassurance and regular updates during Skye’s journey from Sam and Emma. We highly recommend Expat Logistics for pet imports having used them to import our cat and dog from New Zealand to Riyadh. 

The team are knowledgeable, professional, incredibly helpful, and their communication was excellent (photos of the pets waiting for clearance at the airport were much appreciated). 

We are also grateful they were able to organise this for us on just two weeks’ notice after we became aware of a change in airline policy leaving New Zealand and had to bring the transport date forward.

We’ve been so impressed by your pet store (www.pethouseksa.com)  - Piers did a couple orders to prepare for the pets arrival and said the customer service was great. I’m really pleased to see we can get a good range of brands, including  Royal Canin and Hill’s. Hopefully we won’t need this for at least a few years, but we’ll be in touch when it comes time to export Charlie and Sebastian 

 Hi, thanks a lot for all the efforts and commitment during all the process of relocating Brody & Brandy from the UK to KSA I know it was difficult for them but you guys from Expat Logistics in together with PetAir UK did it very easy for us, we understand that sometimes is not in your hands but clearing B&B in 3,5 hours was amazing… Thanks a lot we definitely recommend and use you again if needed

 Beautiful Phoenix is a disabled dog who was rescued in Saudi & has just joined her new forever family in Canada. She seems to be settling very well indeed!  

Just thought I would drop you an email and thank you and your colleagues especially Hameed for the safe arrival of Jess in NEOM on Saturday morning after her marathon 40 hr journey from Heathrow.

Your service was exactly as it stated on the tin, professional throughout and run by animal lovers which is always a huge bonus!

Both your, and then Hameed's updates were excellent in that they kept to some small degree, being a concerned parent my concerns on Jess's wellbeing in check!

Jess arrived tired but I'm sure delighted to see me just as I was overjoyed to see her, she has now had over 36 hours to rest up and recharge and she is back to her happy friendly self, she is the new celebrity here in NEOM and a very rare girl being a Puggle in Saudi Arabia.

Once again many, many thanks for your services and I would have no hesitation in calling upon you to assist if I was to ever leave KSA to another role.

They have been amazing and so helpful from start to finish. 

I shipped two cats from Saudi Arabia to London. During the process we had to overcome many problems due to covid, Christmas & new travel restrictions. 

We booked this so last minute and really wanted the cats here before Christmas (only 2 weeks away) which seemed near impossible with a 6-8 week waiting list at Heathrow animal centre & the airline not accepting Persian cats so we couldn’t fly into Manchester. 

Expat made it happen! Both cats made it here 4 days before Christmas. 

We are so grateful for all their help, patience and information. 

For sure will be using them in the future!

I just wanted to say a massive and huge thank you for an absolute faultless, professional and remarkable service during the exit from Saudi Arabia for the 5 Hus-kids. 

Martin and I are actually amazed it all went to plan and amazed how you covered all eventualities. We have been planning this for a long time as we have been involved in rescue for the past 4 years in Riyadh, it was crucial to us that we didn’t end up one of the many people whose pets end up trapped there. This experience also gave us a lot of insight into the how’s and why’s pets get left behind, the country is complicated, the paperwork even more complex, it is definitely not a DIY process. It’s is an absolute necessity to have a professional service. 

We can’t thank you enough for your amazing support in making our dreaded journey into a good, just keep doing what you do!
