If the exhibition organiser does not have import and customs clearance capabilities you will need a local Saudi company to represent you to successfully customs clear and deliver your samples and other materials. We can provide an "Importer of Note" service whereby your items will be consigned to us as a temporary import, allowing us to return the items to you, or send directly to the next exhibition location.

To successfully communicate your business and products you will also be expected to bring bi-lingual marketing materials, including your business cards.

We can produce all your marketing materials locally in Saudi Arabia, including quality roll up banners, business cards, marketing leaflets / flyers, posters and booklets, Our professional designers and translators will add any Arabic requirements to your branded template and all items will be submitted to you for approval prior to production.

Simply send us your requirements and leave us to deliver the completed items to your hotel or exhibition, allowing you to focus on preparing for your meetings.
